Great tea at great prices! You won't find this in your grocery store. All-natural, whole leaf tea has more flavor. There's no tea dust or fillers like you find in some teabags. Yuck!
Loose tea is easy to prepare: put a spoonful of tealeaf into a mug and pour hot water over it. Wait 3-5 minutes, then strain out the leaves. You're done!

You have 30 days from date of purchase. Just ask us for a return code, write it on the box, and ship your return(s) back. Important: Products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Sorry, no. We ship only USPS (United States Postal Service).
Are your teas and herbs fresh?
Of course! They arrive here in a nitrogen-flushed, sealed foil package or grow in the organic garden on-site. Our products are stored in the darkest, coolest part of the burrow for top flavor. Any tea that approaches its expiration date is taken off the shelf.
What kind of tea are we talking about here?
Have you ever bought a new tea from the grocery store and gone "Ew! That stuff is nasty and weak!" Right. Okay, this is the opposite of that stuff. This is really fresh, really strong, high-quality tea. You will not find tea like this in a grocery store!
All natural flavors bring mellow warmth to pure, top grade Ceylon and Sri Lankan pekoe tea. No fillers, no preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors: just all natural, wonderfully fresh and exciting teas.
So in other words, it's really really really good tea.
Is your tea "fair trade" tea?
Yes. Our supplier is a member of the Ethical Tea Partnership, ensuring that workers are treated decently and paid fair wages.
Do you help the environment?
Definitely. We make a point to use recycled materials, simple packaging, and all-natural products free of harsh chemicals.
Plus, 10% of all profits go toward environmental causes, animal sanctuaries, and local planting projects (including flora and forage for wildlife).
Who is Coy?
Coy is a Celtic coyote, of course. Coy runs the store. Why else would it be called "Coy o'Teas?" ;-)
Why does Coy o'Teas exist?
A.M. Coy created Coy o'Teas with a healthy blend of adoration and desperation. On the one paw, Coy had always adored delicious dessert teas and unusual flavors. Sniffing through tea and herb shops was a lifelong obsession, so Coy knew and loved the subject well. On the other paw, Coy was very sick, and had no money. Being housebound as well as housebroken, Coy determined the best plan of action was to start a home (or in this case, burrow) based business. The result is a wealth of very tasty teas with an emphasis on affordable, realistic prices.
Is there any method to this madness?
Sure, Polonius: the theme is coyoteas and tea. Next question!
No, seriously, what's this place about?
The idea behind Coy o'Teas is Nature and Nurture. You nurture yourself with nature: all-natural tea, nature-themed gifts, and a free 10% bonus to the environment. Pretty cool, huh? Naturally!
Who or what is Dreaming Gates?
Dreaming Gates is a company of which Coy o'Teas is an affiliate. Since our founding, we have grown larger and more independent, but still retain our original roots. If you pay via Paypal.com, the account may still read "Dreaming Gates" as it did when the original account was opened. Fear not: your order will still come quickly to you!
What are the Terms / Conditions of Use of using your website or products?
In a nutshell:
1.) Payment is due at time of order. If your payment "bounces" or otherwise fails to go through, you still need to pay us, plus whatever fee the bank charges (usually $30). After 30 days we start charging interest, and after 90 days we report the deliquent account to various credit, consumer, and law enforcement bureaus. Nobody likes that, so just make sure to pay us.
2.) We are not liable for goods shipped uninsured. If your package is lost or damaged in shipping, we will help you file a complaint with the USPS, but if it's not insured there isn't much we can do. You must buy insurance at time of checkout.
3.) We are not liable for damages incurred by use or possession of our products. You are responsible for knowing and upholding your local laws, for consulting a medical professional about medical concerns, and for using reasonable safety precautions (like not leaving charcoal burning on your mother's fine china, or not pouring boiling water on your lap).
4.) Our website content, including graphics, text, and code, are copyright 2004-2007 Coyoteas.com. Users are not authorized to use, reprint, or copy these contents except for the explicit purpose of advertising Coy o'Teas services and products. Code may not be reused for any purpose without explicit permission from A.M. Coy.
5.) We reserve the right to change prices as required, charge the correct price despite misprints, refuse service when necessary, and type long FAQs that nobody reads anyway.
By using our websites and/or our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, then you can't use our website or products. No tea for you! :-P
